SEO - Varying Your Anchor Text

If you don't know what anchor text, it's basically that keyword that you are using to link to your site. In other words, let's say you had a site about selling blue widgets, than that's the keyword you want to use to link to your site, so you can rank highly for that keyword in Google. You can sign up for a site like Linkvana, and use their blog network to rank high for your keywords. But the most important thing to note is that you can't just use "selling blue widgets" all the time. It's just not going to look natural in the eyes of Google. But you can use the keyword within the anchor text. For example, you can use "sell blue widgets" or "blue widgets for sale" as a perfectly good replacement. That will make it look like other sites are naturally linking to you, which is always a good thing.

SEO or PPC - Which One is Right for Me?

It's the age old question of internet marketing. Should I focus my attention on SEO or PPC? It's a difficult question, but I think you can actually combine the two. A great idea is to test a site out using PPC. It's a great to find out if your site is converting or not. If it is, then you can focus your attention on SEO. Also, SEO isn't exactly free. To get strong search engine results, you should sign up with a service like Linkvana. It costs $147 a month, so it's on the expensive side, but if you want results, you've got to pay for them. There are free alternatives to getting backlinks as well, such as with Ezine Articles, but you've got to remember that what you are saving in costs, you are giving up in time. Sadly, it's not like the old days, when all you had to do was build a site and people would come.

What's the First Thing That I Need to Know About SEO?

So many people enter the world of SEO, and wonder how difficult it is. It's not like the good old days when all you had to do was put up the site, and you didn't have to worry about traffic. It would just magically happen. Sadly, that's not the way it works anymore. It seems like everybody and their brother has a a website nowadays. There is no getting around it. If you want a site to get traffic, you are going to have to put both time and effort to get high search engine rankings, and in turn get the traffic you need. You can start with a program called Linkvana, whose links pack a lot more punch than traditional article directories. Instead of the getting links from the same site like you would with an article directory, Linkvana allows you to get them from a variety of blogs, domains, and IP addresses.

Backlinking is Not for the Lazy

I know people look at PPC such as Google Adwords as an expensive way to get traffic, but I must say that the alternative of SEO can also be very costly. In order for SEO to work, you are going to have to either spend a lot of money or time generating backlinks. For example, a service like Linkvana will cost you approximately $147 a month. I know that seems like a lot but if you have good on-page SEO, then the benefits outweigh the cost of the service. All you need is that one site that really pops with the public. Then you can outsource all of your link building, and just focus on building great sites with interesting content. Nobody said having multiple websites would be easy. It's a business just like any other. The more you put into it, the more you are going to get out of it.

A Linkvana Review From My Experience

When it comes to backlinking, an internet marketer can really overthink things.

When you hear about the seemingly endless amount of ways you can get backlinks, it really gets confusing, and many people feel a strong sense of analysis paralysis.

The thing you have to remember is that there is no ONE way. You can get links from articles, social profiles, social bookmarks, etc...

They are all good, and it's good to have all those kind of links because it shows link diversity.

That being said.....certain links carry more weight than others.

In the video above, I will show you what I use to really get the backlinks that Google loves.

Let’s break it down to a process that ANYBODY can understand:
1. Find something that works.
2. Repeat it again, and again, and again, etc….

Once you’ve got yourself the traffic and you see that the traffic is converting, then you’ve got it made in the shade. After that, it’s all a process of rinse and repeat.

Once you’ve got one site that’s generating traffic and making sales, then the goal is to get 2, 3, 5,10 sites that are doing the same thing.

Obviously, building the site isn’t the difficult part. It’s getting the traffic.

The main way I make my traffic is through SEO. But all the content in the world is not going to get you traffic through the search engines if you don’t have backlinks.

I have different ways of generating backlinks. But my most effective method has to be Linkvana.

There are hundreds of people using it and absolutely loving the service. I don’t know what it is about it, but Google has a love affair with them.

You can control you post distribution, so once your blog posts are written, they are scheduled to go out within the network, completely hands free.
